Content Manager is available in several versions to meet the needs of virtually any organization:
Standard version
The Standard version of Content Manager is installed in specific website pages you designate. It allows you to add elements such as text, images, links and bulleted lists to each managed page, add includes flexible formatting options to control the appearance and layout of the page.
The content you add automatically conforms to the style standards defined by your web developer and approved by your management, which saves time and ensures consistency of appearance.
Archive version
The Archive version of Content Manager allows you to create an unlimited number of pages, and each page you create is automatically added to a Table of Contents. This allows you to add features such as a newsletter or a series of articles to your website, building up a growing body of content over time.
CM DB
The Database version of Content Manager allows you to implement feature(s) on your website that display an unlimited number of similar items, with each item displayed on its own virtual page. Sample applications include Attorney Profiles (for a law firm), Positions Available, Product Profiles, Client Profiles and Project Profiles.
Enterprise version
The Enterprise version is designed to support the needs of larger organizations.
It allows an unlimited number of content managed pages to be dynamically created within a predefined set of structures. All of the pages accessed through the left menu of our website are part of one structure, while our Knowledge Base and Client Projects features are each separate structures. With this capability, marketing department users can dynamically add or change the content on a large site without the involvement of programmers or web developers. Links are automatically added to or removed from the site menus as pages are published or removed.
In addition, the Enterprise version includes a workflow and approval feature, allowing authorized managers to review and approve new content before it is published, and dynamic scheduling, so that content automatically appears when you want it to.
