The new SalesProTM Advanced Marketer Inhouse Edition, with a scheduled release date of September 30, 2005, offers the same features as the traditional (hosted) Advanced Marketer Edition, except that it runs in your own data center, rather than ours.

Product capabilities

It allows you to create, access and manage a complete on-line database of customers and prospects, and to use it to maintain a regular dialogue with them via e-mail, fax and/or postal direct mail.

It includes a full range of high end features such as full personalization and automatic click-through tracking of e-mail campaigns, key coded postal and fax campaigns, self-service updates of preferences and account information, and powerful content management tools to update landing pages and outbound e-mail.

Because The Advanced Marketer Inhouse Edition operates on your own computers and network, you have the security of knowing that your data remains exclusively under your control. You also save on hosting charges, paying only for the optional E-Marketing package.

Operating requirements

The Advanced Marketer Inhouse Edition operates under Windows Server 2000, Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP Professional, with Internet Information Server (IIS) running. It requires a SQL Server 2000 database, which may be set up on a separate computer acting as a database server. The database can be accessed through your Intranet or the Internet.

The e-mail component of The Advanced Marketer Inhouse Edition and Content Manager for your website page(s) run as hosted applications, accessed transparently as web services.
