E-MAIL MARKETING MODULE

SalesPro provides tools for conducting outbound marketing activities through a combination of methods to maximize your results while controlling your marketing budget. Use higher cost telemarketing and postal promotions to create presence, combined with lower cost methods such as e-mail to maintain frequency, in the mix that works best for your company.

SalesPro�s e-mail campaign module includes a wide range of powerful, easy to use features. You can send a single e-mail on the fly, or communicate with hundreds or thousands of prospects at once. SalesPro's marketing database and profiling capabilities make it easy to perform highly focused niche campaigns addressed to specific groups of customers and prospects.

Appearance options

E-mail created within SalesPro can be enclosed in pre-formatted graphical templates that match the design of your website or in an unformatted template, so your e-mail appears to be plain text.

Create your e-mail content on the fly

You can create e-mail content on the fly or modify existing saved content using the included Content Manager for SalesPro. You can add images, trackable SmartLinksTM that take the recipient to any page on your website, and a wide range of advanced formatting options. And you can include almost any information about the prospect or her company in your e-mail using a powerful mail merge capability.

Smart e-mail provides recipients with trackable links to further information, and provides you with leads, sales and marketing intelligence.

In addition to managing the content of your e-mail promotions, Content Manager can be used to change content on your website to coordinate with your promotional programs. Then, when you get an idea for a campaign on the way into work, you can have it in front of your prospects by the time you finish your morning coffee.

Lead capture tools

Lead flow is traditionally generated by means of an offer, such as a white paper, catalog or premium. When a prospect requests the item you are offering, the resulting lead is typically used for sales or marketing follow-up.

With traditional advertising or postal mail campaigns, the prospect has to furnish contact information in order to facilitate physical delivery of the requested item, resulting in a lead that may be used for sales or marketing follow-up. With electronic delivery of your offer that may not be the case -- a lead is not generated unless a specific capability is added that identifies the prospect.

SalesPro's E-mail Campaign Module includes a selection of lead generation tools to allow you to capture the identity of prospects. For example, SalesPro SmartLinks may be used for totally passive identification. If the prospect clicks through from your e-mail to request the desired item, a lead is generated without any further action. Or, if you would like to require explicit action by the prospect, you may include a FormMailerTM mini-form within your e-mail, or direct the prospect to a web page containing a form. In either case, you have the option of presenting the prospect with a blank form, or one pre-populated with contact information from your database.

Once the lead is captured, SalesPro will automatically add it to your marketing database, and can route it to the appropriate sales rep for follow-up. Performance metrics for your campaign are automatically captured, and authorized users can view key statistics and drilldown reports in virtually any way they choose.

Arm your sales reps with one-at-a-time graphic e-mail

With SalesPro, your reps can send marketing material instantly via e-mail while the prospect is still on the phone. They can review it with the prospect right then and there, answer questions, explain important points, and receive immediate feedback. Your sales cycle will be shorter, your close rate higher, and your sales reps will spend less time mailing literature and chasing after prospects.
