SalesPro provides tools for conducting outbound marketing activities through a combination of methods to maximize your results while controlling your marketing budget. Use higher cost telemarketing and postal promotions to create presence, combined with lower cost methods such as e-mail to maintain frequency, in the mix that works best for your company.

Postal campaigns

Generally, a properly designed campaign focused on the needs of a specific niche audience will generate response rates at least an order of magnitude higher (an order of magnitude is a ten-fold increase) than a similar broad based campaign to a more general audience.

SalesPro's marketing database and profiling capabilities allow you to use any information contained in your marketing database to create a focused campaign. It will allow you to generate and capture �key codes� which identify each person who responds, so your reps can associate previously gathered intelligence with them during follow up. Identifying respondents via key code will also help you to develop response profiles, develop marketing intelligence and fine tune future campaigns.

Landing pages on the fly for postal and advertising campaigns

In order to capture leads from your postal mail and advertising promotions, you may want to direct interested prospects to a landing page, which is a special web page designed for the campaign. When the prospect arrives, your landing page may perform any or all of the following functions:

  • Provide further information.
  • Provide electronic delivery of the �offer�, which typically will be a pamphlet, booklet, guide, white paper, catalog or other material designed to encourage a response by the prospect.
  • Capture the prospect�s contact information and other data. If you choose to key code a mailing to identify the specific recipient, he/she need only enter the key code in order to associate the lead with an individual in your database.
  • Provide links to other pages on your website.

SalesPro can automatically generate landing pages for a variety of lead capture scenarios, and Content Manager can be used to change content on your landing page and website pages to coordinate with your promotional programs.

Once a lead is captured, SalesPro will automatically add it to your marketing database, and can route it to the appropriate sales rep for follow-up. Performance metrics for your campaign are automatically captured, and authorized users can view key statistics and drilldown reports in virtually any way they choose.
